RIP Rik Mayal

I've just heard that Rik Mayal has died today. I'm very saddened by this news. He was only 56, I simply can't get my head around it yet. He was in so many programmes / films / live shows from my youth. The Young Ones, Bottom, Drop Dead Fred, Blackadder, The New Statesman, Bottom Live 1-5 (three of which I saw Live), Guest House Paradiso and more.

My thoughts go out to his family and friends.
